Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a physician's prescription for physical therapy?

No, both North and South Carolina are direct access states, which allows physical therapists to be the first line of treatment for injuries. We are trained to perform evaluations that determine whether or not you are appropriately for physical therapy. If you are not appropriate for physical therapy and need a referral to a provider we can help you with that as well.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance. We utilize a cash-based payment model to allow for the best possible care without barriers from insurance companies. This also grants you full autonomy over your own care. We do take HSA AND FSA.

What if I need to cancel?

We require at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel for any reason. We understand that things happen and this is not always possible and we will review every cancellation on a case by case basis if within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please see our late, cancellation, and no show policy for more information.
